Privacy Policy
Short version: what you type stays in your browser and is not sent to us.
Who is responsible
Takreparation Skåne AB, Sparvgränd 6, 262 41 Ängelholm, Sweden (Org.-Nr 556988-5931), publishes TimeCardCalc.app and is the party responsible for the processing of personal data on this site. Questions about privacy: info@timecardcalc.app.
What you enter into the calculators
Times, rates, hours, notes and names are processed by code running in your browser. They are not sent to our servers or to anyone else, and we cannot see them. Nothing is stored unless you tick “Remember my entries on this device”. Then your entries are saved in your browser’s local storage on this device only (keys starting with tcc.v1). Untick the box or clear your browser’s site data to delete them. Nothing is saved before you choose to.
Cookies
We do not set any cookies ourselves.
Visitor statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics)
To see how many people use the site and which pages they visit, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, including for visitors from the EU, UK and elsewhere. It does not use cookies or your browser storage and does not track individual visitors across sites. We see aggregated numbers such as page views, referring sites, countries and device types. A small script from static.cloudflareinsights.com reports each page view to Cloudflare. Nothing you type into a calculator is included.
Advertising (Google AdSense)
To keep the calculators free, TimeCardCalc.app may show ads from Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies on your device to show and measure ads. Where the law requires consent, for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google’s certified consent message appears and ads are only personalized if you agree. We do not run our own cookie banner. You can manage ad personalization in Google Ads Settings and read how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. We do not send Google anything you type into a calculator.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect against attacks. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
If you write to info@timecardcalc.app, we use your address and message only to reply. Emails are forwarded to our own mailbox.
Your rights
Because we do not collect personal data through the calculators, there is usually nothing to access or delete. If you wrote to us and want your message deleted, email us and we will do it.
